Agnikarya ("we," "us," "our") sells standalone digital products for developers, designers, and indie builders. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or buy a product, and how that information is used. It applies to the whole Agnikarya storefront and every product sold on it, not just one specific product.

2. Information we collect

We don't require an account to browse or buy anything on this site. Information we come into contact with falls into two categories:

• Purchase information, collected and processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, when you buy a product: your email address, billing details, and payment information. We never see or store your full card details ourselves.
• Basic usage information, such as pages visited and general location (country-level), which we may collect in aggregate through privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand how the site is used. This is not tied back to your identity.

3. How we use information

We use purchase information to deliver the product you bought, provide support if you need it, and process any refund requests. We use aggregate usage information to understand which parts of the site are useful and which aren't. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

4. Payment processing

All payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every order. Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, handles applicable sales tax and VAT, and delivers your digital files. Your payment information is subject to Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy in addition to this one.

5. Cookies

This site itself does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our checkout, hosted by Lemon Squeezy, may set its own cookies necessary to process your payment. If we add analytics in the future, this section will be updated to reflect what's used.

6. Data retention

We retain purchase-related information for as long as needed to provide support, honor refund requests, and meet our own accounting and legal obligations. We do not retain information longer than necessary for these purposes.

7. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we're required to keep for legal or accounting reasons. Contact us using the details below to make a request.

8. Children's privacy

Our products and site are intended for a general professional audience and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy as the site or our products change. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
