Refund Policy

General policy
Every product we sell is a digital download delivered instantly after purchase. As is standard for digital goods, all sales are final once a product has been downloaded. Because you get immediate access to the full product, there's no waiting period during which you're buying "sight unseen," each product's page shows exactly what you're getting before you pay.
Replacement
We'll send you a replacement, within 14 days of purchase, if the files you received are corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise don't work as described.
Refund
We'll issue a refund, within 14 days of purchase, if you were charged more than once for the same order.
How to request a refund
Reply to your Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt email, or email us directly (details below), describing the issue. We'll get back to you and resolve it as quickly as we can. Please reach out to us before opening a chargeback with your bank or card provider, most issues are quicker to resolve directly.
How refunds are processed
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every order. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
