1. Overview
Agnikarya is a storefront that sells standalone digital products for developers, designers, and indie builders working with AI tools. By using this site or buying a product, you agree to the terms below. These terms apply to the whole storefront and every product sold on it, current and future, unless a specific product page states otherwise.
2. Products and delivery
Everything we sell is a digital product, delivered instantly as a download after purchase. There is no physical shipment, no account required, and no login needed to receive or use what you buy.
3. License and usage rights
Unless a product's own page states a different license, our digital products may be used in your own personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the files themselves as your own product, whether for free or for payment. Each product's own page is the source of truth for any license terms specific to that product.
4. Payments and pricing
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every order and handles applicable sales tax and VAT. Prices are shown on each product's page and may change over time. A price change never affects a purchase you've already made.
5. Catalog changes
Where a product is sold in tiers or as a growing catalog, the contents of a tier may grow over time as we add more. We do not remove something from a tier once it's been assigned there. What you were promised at the time of purchase is what you keep access to, at minimum.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use this site or our products for anything illegal, don't attempt to disrupt or abuse the site or our checkout, and don't share private links (such as buyer-only setup guides) publicly. We reserve the right to refuse service or refund a purchase if these terms are violated.
7. Intellectual property
The Agnikarya name, logo, and site design are our property. Ownership of each product's content is described on that product's own page. Buying a product gives you a license to use it as described there, not ownership of the underlying work.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our products are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We work to make sure everything we sell is accurate and functional, but we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of a product we sell. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that can't be waived.
9. Governing law
Agnikarya is operated by PT Agnikarya Utama, based in Indonesia. These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site or our products change. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
